Lets make a simple list of available software related to quads.
Hi, please consider adding our WoLF: Whole-Body Locomotion Framework for quadrupedal robots. We are looking forward to users and testers with real hardware.
Thanks! I will add it! Did you try it on any hardware yet?
I would consider testing it if you where running ROS2. :)
Btw, feel free to create an individual channel for [WoLF] and explain a bit about your work.
r_frojd We made some preliminary tests with aliengo, here you can find the ROS hardware interface for it https://github.com/graiola/wolf_aliengo_interface . At the moment we are supporting only ROS1 and the controller is defined as a ros_controller using an effort interface.
graiola Thanks. Any videos of the testing and the results? :)
r_frojd unfortunately on the real robot not yet, but we are working on it :)
we have videos of simulation results, like for example this one:
or this one with the arm and the push recovery
graiola Very cool! Please start a WoLF topic and explain you work more in depth. That would be interesting
Interested to to try in my real robot. (an unitree A1 style)
